Ben Stevens Coaching – Cancellation Policy for 1-2-1s and 2-2-1s Sessions

At Ben Stevens Coaching, I understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and to respect the time set aside for each client, the following cancellation policy applies to all 1-2s and 2-2-1s sessions:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 48 hours before the session:
  No charge. You may cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Within 48 hours of the session:
  Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24–48 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the session price.

• Within 24 hours of the session:
  Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged 100% of the session price.

No-Shows

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged at full price.
